I have visited outpatients on several occaisions at differing times of day and found the whole experience, from parking, using the shuttle bus and arriving at the main hospital a totally stress free experience, the staff were amazing (especially a nurse in a dept. just off of A & E who made a hospital visit almost a 'enjoyable' experience) All my appointments have been on time and even when there was a problem with a CT scanner it was dealt with promptly. All procedures were explained to me so I did not feel in the dark about what was going to happen. I would definitely give Southmead 10 out of 10.

Dear Ms Lane – Thank you for your positive comments about Southmead Hospital. I am grateful to you for taking the time and trouble to post your views about the transport facilities and care provided. Once the new multi-story car park is completed next year, parking and access to the main Brunel Building will be much easier and should improve our patients experience even further.
