went to this hospital to have an MRI scan of head, having been referred by an audiologist. Weeks later, I go to the audiologist's appointment and resulted in wasted journey because BMI didn't send them the MRI results, etc
Another case of incompetency through this disaster called 'health system'. Not only one has to battle with his own problems, but even has to struggle and get doctor A getting the tests results from Hospital A, ecc
They also moan about patients not being punctual, etc, but if they waste your day, then it's ok.
