"Visit to Accident and Emergency Department..."

Unfortunately whilst on shift within another department at the hospital, I had to access the services of A&E and wish to commend staff on their professionalism and friendly approach from reception, through to the triage nurse and the nurse practitioner.

The nurse practitioner deserves a special mention due to their efficient assessment and resulting treatment together with their patient and reassuring manner.

It was very much appreciated.
