Having to go to West Suffolk Hospital for the results of a Virtual CT colonocopy, I was a wee bit apprehensive. However the appointment was on time and everybody I saw was polite, pleasant and treated me with respect at every stage. The Doctor who explained what happens next could not have been clearer in their explanation and detail. They also showed their personal side in saying that they would not be carrying out the procedure as they were going for attention to their eyes. Apart from being able to relate to them having had this procedure carried out on both my eyes,
We patients expect, nay demand, a lot from our Doctors, Nurses and other medical staff and do forget they too have health and other problems. How lucky I am to have such caring people. A big thank you..
