My complaint is that it is difficult to access the opening times of the audiology department, it is most frustrating to arrive and find it is closed and nowhere on this website does it tell you when they are open. It really is poor when such a simple detail is overlooked on an expensive website. It looks as if it is not made for patients just website creators who have no interest in customer services.

I am sorry that you were unable to find the information on the website.

I have attached the link to our hospital website with all the opening hours information on it that you need: http://www.plymouthhospitals.nhs.uk/ourservices/clinicaldepartments/audiology/Pages/HearingAidAfter-Care(Repairs).aspx

If go on to the website to the section on “our services” then chose “audiology”, there is then a separate page listed with a link for each main part of the service, including the aftercare (repairs) element, which the link above goes to. This includes the opening times as well as some additional information.
