Cornerstone is good. I live at Castlecraigs, the staff come into my house in the morning to make my breakfast and make sure I’m showered. They make sure my TV and internet bills are paid. The staff are good.

I’m just back from a weekend in Blackpool with Cornerstone

I would like the fire alarm at Castlecraigs to make less noise, it is very loud. It would be good to have solar panels on the roof. It would also be good to have better sound proofing in the houses, I can hear a lot through the walls.

Thank you for letting us know that your happy with your service, I'm sure the staff will be delighted to hear this. I think your idea is excellent to have solar panels on the roof and I'll pass this onto the relevant people within the council and I'll let you know the outcome.

I'm sorry to hear about the noise levels through the walls, I'll look into this further with the possibility of raising the issue with the North Ayrshire Council Housing Dept.

ps. You didn't say whether you enjoyed Blackpool or not?
