About: Dementia Support Service

(as a relative),

A carer came for approximately 2 hours once a week for 13 weeks and took my wife out. My wife enjoyed the visits - some to places she had never visited - and had fun and enjoyable company from a very gregarious and kind carer.

I enjoyed the freedom to do things I would not have had the time to do otherwise. Sad it's now over.

I am glad you and your wife found the Dementia Support Service beneficial and enjoyable.

We are curently reviewing the Dementia Support Service with regards to the services we provide, this is inclusive of longer term support. I therefore appreciate your comments which will be used to inform our review.
