What I liked
I have been a patient at Sheffield Children's Hospital many times and I have been in many different departments e.g. A&E, GP Referal, Outpatients, Wards, HDU, Daycare, Theatre.
The nurses are great and always offer support. They check on you on a regular basis and keep asking if they can do anything for you. Very supportive and friendly. You feel safe and all patients are carefully observed.
What could be improved
I have been coming to the hospital for 16 years and I have only ever had one bad dealing with one doctor. He seemed very abrupt but afterwards the nurse came over and appologized.
