About: The Whittington Hospital

I have been a patient at the hospital for the last year and in general have received a good service. Today however I got a rude and aggressive call from the rheumatology secretary demanding to know if I was turning up for my appointment this week. I appreciate working in the health service is likely very demanding at times; but good manners cost nothing. I don't have a history of missing appointments and don't like being spoken to as if I'm a troublesome teenager. I think this person probably needs a little training in basic manners and customer service.
