About: Hull Royal Infirmary

My mother has had appointments cancelled. She was given another, on 31 August, for which she has to travel 20 miles. She is in her 80s. On the day of the appointment the hospital was closed! The careless administrative error is compounded by the fact that nobody ever answers the phone. Lack of organisation, care or compassion. Awful.
