About: Hull Royal Infirmary

12 yrs I have attended the eye out patients dept every six months.

But so far this year I have been waiting 9 months and no appointment. I rang to get an emergency I eventually go through to the dept after 2 days of trying . I was told someone would call me back. It'd been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for a satisfactory outcome. I keep trying to call but it takes hours to get through.

Due to my eye condition I cannot drive and do not live locally.

This is appualling
