I was admitted for an operation 3 years ago and was most unhappy. I was operated on again on 27th August and can only give 5 stars for every aspect of my treatment and care this time. efficiency from all staff from booking, arrival, operation and aftercare on Philip Yeoman ward. All of the staff seemed caring, knowledgeable and fully attentive. I also attended A&E about 4 weeks previous and then onto the surgical assessment unit, both were busy and seemed slightly short of Doctors but again the staff were first class and I can only commend this hospital on how much this experience has renewed my faith in the RUH.
