"I had to wait an hour and a half ..."

What could be improved

I had to wait an hour and a half before my 10 minute procedure, this does not include the 30 minutes waiting and filing out forms etc before transferring to another waiting room. I ffel sure this waiyting time could be cut shorter as I wasn't the only person waiting.

Anything else?

I was dreading the procedure and felt like leaving, and may have done so had i not had soenone with me for support.
