Residents intimidate each other and in the dining area there are not sufficient chairs for residents.
Truly a cinderella service, visitors are quizzed by staff who do not trouble to introduce themselves.
Patient and visitor care in the mental health unit owe more to 1915 than 2015 and although staff must have a hard time when patients face challenging behaviour from other patients bullying is allowed.
