"The experience using Boston West Hospital"

I have visited Boston West a few times and each time I have been impressed by their professionalism, patient care and the facilities that they have. I was initially referred to Boston West by my GP to see a doctor reference my damaged knee. During my consultation the doctor diagnosed that my hips were also in need of attention, at the time, not being in severe pain from these joints I decided to defer treatment a little longer. Following my experience at Boston West I elected to use them when I required treatment for my cataracts. I have had the cataract procedure done in both eyes by a doctor and I am delighted with the prompt and effective treatment. While receiving treatment I was most impressed by the whole staff, their caring and professionalism. A big ‘thank you’ to Boston West. I can not see how their service can be improved other than to address the limited car parking available. Perhaps they could come to some agreement with nearby establishments with have underused car parking but a clamping policy is enforced.
