What could be improved

My Mum was admitted to Rotherham Hospital as she was suffering with high blood sugar levels due to the fact she was taking steriods for a brain tumor. In the four day she was on the ward nothing was done about the insulin for her diabetes and even her medication was not continued. My stepdad arrived midmorning to find her breakfast spilt all over the tray and herself and her medication swimming in the milk.

Anything else?

She was also left to fend for herself for most of the time even though she had lost the use of the left side of her body. She was definately not shown any respect or care while in the hospital.We managed to get her moved to the hospice and what a difference. Just because people get old does not mean we lose respect or do not care for them.
