(as a parent/guardian),

Just had my worst nightmare, spending late Saturday evening (10. 45 pm) to early Sunday morning (1. 45 am) in A and E. The worst thing on entering this department is the screen which informs you the waiting time is 150 minutes! ! How can this be? Emergency Department! No way.

I cant apologise enough for not getting back to you sooner. Thank you ever so much for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I have contacted the emergency department and have asked for a direct response from them to address your concerns about the wait time.
