I was very disappointed with the care I received on Ward 1 at south tyneside hospital, I would not recommend this hospital. In future if I ever need to go to hospital I will be going to the RVI or Sunderland. The lack of communication and mannerism of staff and doctors was appalling.
The doctors on EAU are the only ones who knew what they were doing and cannot fault them. There needs to be alot of improvements made in all areas.
