"Very pleasent experience"

Today I visited the urgent care centre, I was greeted by a nurse at a and e who was very polite and considerate. Told me exactly where to go and what to do. Then greeted at reception at urgent care centre- who was not so nice and forget to add me to the waiting list so a patient who was after me was seen before me but this was resolved quickly when I asked if my details had been sent across. I was then seen by a nurse practitioner who was very considerate, polite and througher in their investigation of my symptoms listen to my symptoms and I feel gave me the appropriate treatment. Overall I was very pleased with my trip and it didn't take a long time to be seen. Thank you for your care.
