I had a procedure in May which I paid for myself as a private patient. Since then, I have called the cardiology dept (answering machine), emailed the Michelham ward where I stayed and emailed the general hospital email address. The first 2 were over 4 days ago and the last one was this morning where I stated that I would put up a review if they didn't respond.
There is no point in advertising email addresses and telephone numbers if you are not going to respond in a timely manner.
I need a DVD/CD copy of my scan to give to a consultant in London. Why is this proving so difficult?
So in summary, it's a shame that good medical staff are being "supported" by poor administration.
