"very very poor service and extremelly rude staff"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I went to the A&E today 28/08/2015 the receptionist did not even listen or bother to ask what is wrong with me, they took my details and said we need to call your doctors. As i was waiting for my turn i also notice they were very rude to every one and making fun the patient.

I would not go there again and ever.

We are very sorry to hear that our receptionist staff did not listen to you and that they were rude to other patients. It is not acceptable for our staff to act in this way. Thank you for raising this with us.

We have sent your feedback over to the A&E Team so that they are able to speak to those staff members that were working that day.
