"Good, quick care"

I was referred for an urgent ultrasound with suspected cancer, and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff were friendly and efficient. Even though a second oppinion was asked for I was kept informed throughout. Although the outward appearance of the hospital is a little grim, the care and treatment was absolutely fine and all I would have expected.

My only comment for the ultrasound team would be to explain more before being asked questions, as often the worst fears can be alleviated quickly with a yes/no answer.

Thankfully all clear and nothing to worry about!
