was in ortho clinic at Trafford general today, due to other issues this has not been an easy journey. But I meet a lovely health care support worker today. Not only did she go out of her way to make sure I felt I was important and kept up to date at all times. I witnessed the support worker with a old lady on wheelchair who was alone. They ensured consistently every 20 mins or so that this lady had enough to eat and plenty of fluids and kept her up to date with her ambulance transport home.
I just felt after all the problems I had it was lovely to have meet such a lovely health care support worker who cheered me up on what was a bad day.
Would like to say a big thank you and keep up the amazing work it's much appreciated. Please could you ensure this message reaches them and their manager.
Thank you
"Amazing staff member, managers need to Praise"
