"Unable to get appointment - Ultrasound Department"

About: Barnet General Hospital

I was told to wait by my doctor for two weeks and I would receive an ultra sound appointment in the post, however I have not received an appointment after waiting for two and a half weeks. I have tried calling the number on the letter 02082165100, and the automated reply is just "The Department is busy, try again later". I have been trying for four days now, and very very disappointed with the fact I am not being taken seriously.

I am very unhappy with this service, and have no idea what my next step is?!?!

The hospital need to rethink how they are not caring for their patients, and just pushing them aside. It is completely unacceptable.
