I was taken in to the critical care unit on Monday morning, 23/8/15, with diabetic complications. I was in a lot of pain & difficulty yet the nurses couldn't have made me feel more comfortable if they tried. I was made to feel as though I was the only patient in the hospital & that my needs were always met with the highest standards. Not only was I looked after with great care but I was also made to feel like a friend, I was able to have conversations with the nursing staff & they made you feel like they cared. I couldn't speak highly enough about the staff in the critical care unit that helped me get through some of the worst days I've ever had & I will be thanking them personally.
