"Sister. Ward 9"

About: Moseley Hall Hospital

My poor mum is at the start of her journey with a severe head injury and has not as yet had the opportunity to be a patient on Ward 9 for rehabilitation. However, I spoke with the Ward Sister on Ward 9 yesterday and I can honestly say what a caring and compassionate Nurse this is and honest! I can only keep my fingers crossed that mum will get that far and I already know she will be in good hands. The Ward Sister has given us hope in a very traumatic situation.

Dear Debbie

Thank you so much for posting your feedback of your initial thoughts and feelings about Ward 9 at Moseley Hall Hospital.

This has been shared with the Sisters on the ward and their colleagues.

The team on ward 9 welcome feedback, even when things are not going well, so if at any time you do have any questions or concerns about your Mum's care and treatment, please do ask, the staff will be happy to talk with you.

Best wishes
