What I liked

i was taken to the accident and emergency department with major chronic toothache early hours on the 24 oct....expecting to find the dept full of the usual friday night drinkers, stressed staff etc but what can i say...the waiting area was empty apart from 2 other patients, although behind the doors was in fact full with patients...i feel the need to comment because the staff there on this particular shift were absolutely amazing...from the receptionist at the front desk all the way thru to the triage nurses doctors and consultants that dealt with me..they were prompt..kind..polite..warm hearted and did everything and more to make me pain free..nothing was too much trouble...this in my opinion is what the nhs need...and these staff are an absolute credit to northern general...well done guys you really are the best...thankyou for saving my sanity.
