"Excellent Service"

I have rhad problems with balance for almost 4 years and been treated, at other hospitals, during this time with no positive results.

I was referred to this Consultant and their team a few months ago and am now well on my way to recovery. The Consultant ans their team along with the administration team at MRI have been wonderful, I cannot fault them. Most importantly, as well as being excellent at their jobs and professions, they have shown me care, patience and compassion. They have always been extremely kind and listened to me with understanding and sympathy. I've only been kept waiting once and this was due to an awkward patient ahead of me and not the staff, who still apologised for the delay.

The appointments and communications have been totally trouble free and very clearly explained. Thank you all so much, you've made my distressing condition so much better and easy to cope with, I can now get back to living my life!
