We attended the Accident and Emergency Department of DRI yesterday with our 12 year old granddaughter, she had a painful injury to her foot.
From the first point of contact - the receptionist to leaving the hospital we were really happy with everything.
Our visit took just less than 2 hours from start to finish.
The specialist nurse was lovely, chatty, informative and very caring.
We were sent to Medical Imaging for an X-ray where I didn't even get my book out to read while we waited.
Is Doncaster RI exceptional or is this typical of our NHS?
Thank you to all the staff, I just wish I had taken the names of the staff we saw so I could publicly give my appreciation to each of them in person.
