About: Trafford General Hospital

My 5yr old son came in for day surgery to repair a hernia yesterday, the whole experience from start to finish was outstanding.

The ward was spotless and the facilities were great, there was plenty to keep him occupied.

The staff were lovely and put us all at ease, especially his nurse, what a lovely person.

Big thanks to the Anaesthetic team whose distraction techniques with the bubble machine made sure he went to sleep without being scared.

He didn't feel anything.

Can't thank everyone enough, I was dreading it but a day later and he isn't even in any pain.

I wanted to write this review for any other families waiting for this op, hope it helps.
