It was my 1st time having surgery & although I wasn't overly concerned I was put at ease by all the lovely staff.
The hospital & grounds were lovely and clean.
The whole time I was there the staff were constantly laughing and making sure I was ok. Everything was so professional, yet it felt like I had known them all for ages rather than a few hours.
The staff on Primrose ward were so kind & the coffee and toast (which was gorgeous) was most welcome.
Mr Brewster and his team made sure I knew what was happening and was going to happen the whole time.
Good luck to Bev on her retirement, I know she'll be missed by everyone as she is just such a live wire.
Thank you all for making my visit so stress free.
