(as the patient),

I had hip replacement and muscle moved eighteen months ago and still in a lot of pain but Eunice Goodwin patient feedback manager has helped me a lot also Cheryl Kenny, X-ray was very helpful getting me X-rays for my son. The care and catering was superb when I was in hospital.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear hannah ann,

People who know me will be aware I am seldom lost for words but you nearly achieved that. Thank you so very much for your lovely words. I was never in doubt how important passing praise to the staff is, but your kindness re-enforced it. I will be delighted to pass this to the ward, catering staff and particularly to Cheryl.
