"Future Plans Meeting"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as a volunteer/advocate),

I attended a meeting with regards to Future Plans for the Trust with other Volunteers at Duncan Macmillan House. The meeting was friendly & welcoming & the Centre Staff and Centre Manager Johnathan And Service Manager Paul where fantastic as I felt that my views on what was too happen where being listened to and some form of action would be taken. I felt as a Volunteer that the Trust in general hold our views in high regard. A massive thank you goes to all of the Staff involved Thank You All So Very Much

To help people that receive one of Notts Healthcare's services have a say in how they are run.

Thanks so much for your feedback about this meeting. I'm glad you feel listened to and that your views and opinions count. This is what we try hard to do in Invovlement, so it's great to hear that we achieved that in this meeting.

People being part of future plans, especially about the Involvement Team is crucial. this means that we are focussing on what service users, carers, patients and volunteers tell us is important.

Thanks again for taking the time to post your comment.
