I would like to thank the doctors and the lovely nurse who took my daughters details and history initially, at the beginning of the appointment. They were polite, professional and friendly. They took the time to discuss the procedure and any questions that my daughter had raised was settled. The procedure itself surprisingly went extremely well. My daughter had an endostopy at The Royal Marsden earlier this year, and the experience was traumatic. It had left a bad impression and that is why my poor daughter had doubts raised and was hesitant in consenting because of what happened at the Marsden.

The reception and endostopy procedure area and the toilet in the reception is very clean. Very impressed. Please say thank you to the two doctors and the nurse i have mentioned earlier on behalf of my daughter and myself. My daughters appointment was on Wed 26.08.15 at 11.30am. Please keep up the excellent work.
