"A&E visit - seen very quickly by brilliant doctor"

I attended A&E this afternoon following a shoulder subluxation. When I arrived, I was upset and in a lot of pain but the receptionist was very patient and polite while I gave my details. I waited less than 15 minutes before I was seen by a brilliant doctor who reassured me while carrying out the assessment. I was then sent straight to x-ray and only had to wait a short time before being seen again. My x-ray results were clearly explained to me and I was given the painkillers and medical advice I required. This is the fastest and best treatment I have ever received in the A&E department! My shoulder is a recurring problem and in the past I have had to wait over 4 hours to receive treatment following a subluxation. This time I was in the department for less than an hour and a half in total and cannot fault my visit. I'd especially like to praise the doctor who treated me today, very kind and professional and although they couldn't 'fix' my shoulder, I left A&E feeling a lot more optimistic about my long-term recovery.
