"waste of my time and journey"

I was referred here from my doctors to sort out a problem that I have I was waiting over 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen and was only in 5 -10 minutes the person I seen was not my specialist or consultant I had to see on my letter. my letter explains the procedure I was having done and it was not carried out all that I had done and is what my GP could of done and then to be told that I don't not need no more appointments as there is nothing wrong with me. I took time from work to go there and taken pain relief that I did not need the person I seen was not very pleasant and did not listen to a thing I said at all I am so angry and no further forward with my problems.
