What I liked

The speed with which i got my appointment/referal

What could be improved

Some joined up thinking and cooperation between the various parts of the profession. There is a real pass the buck attitude and little understanding of the fact that patients are not experts at how the system works. Nobody speaks to anybody else, everybody just tells you to go elsewhere.

Anything else?

I was asked a series of questions designed to get the responses that would best enable the refusal of treatment. No attempt was made to understand or recognise the cause of the actual problem or any suggestion made as to how to go about fixing the situation. I have essentially been sent back to the beginning of a frustrating and increasingly expensive process while my problems get worse and undoubtedly more difficult and expensive to fix.
