About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

in May last year my GP sent a referral as im in alot of pain. to this day i have not heard anything from whipps and every time i call they either dont pick up or the line 'cuts off' mid conversation. its disgusting behaviour.

Also, my grandmother is in your care at this very moment and a doctor came over to tell her that they are putting her on a course of steroids, me and my mother were very angry with the doctor as she is allergic to steroids!

Whipps Cross needs to pull itself together as this behaviour is appalling.
