About: Purley War Memorial Hospital

The hospital and services are great - well done.

Please, please sort out the truely awful telephone system.

One can never get through to make repeat appointments especially for the foot clinic.

Thank you for taking the time to pass on your kind words, which I will send on to the staff at Purley. I am sorry that you have had problems with the telephone and I am aware that a few clinics and services sometimes struggle to keep up with the volume of calls they receive.
