"A and E reception"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

The nurse on the reception was brilliant. They assessed well and talked to us as if we were real people! They took the time later, during the course of treatment, to come over and ask if my partner, who had heart trouble had lost his seat. They took a minute or so to converse with us, even though the department had been busy all afternoon. By the time the nurse got to the canteen there were only chips left to eat but they just laughed it off.
