(as the patient),

I was feeling a little nervous before my appointment at ENT outpatients, but everything went perfectly. The appointment was on time and the consultant Mr. Kapoor did not rush my appointment and explained everything to me really well. He was very kind, friendly and reassuring, so I really wanted to leave feedback after such a positive experience

Thank you for your feed back, Cathy. I gave the information over the phone, but please note that I saw Mr Kapoor, Consultant ENT and not a Dr Kapur. Please amend, if possible. Many thanks.
