To Dawn,

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all you did for our family member, particularly that last day of her life. You made sure she had a peaceful, dignified death and supported our family to allow us to cope with a horrible situation and we will be forever grateful for this.

You did an amazing job and clearly go the extra mile.
