My husband has been cared for twice this year by Ross Community Hospital, who provided him with convalescence and rehabilitation care after two serious episodes of illness.
He has complex needs due to a progressive illness, which were taken into account entirely appropriately during his stays.
On both occasions, we were hugely grateful for all the care and kindness he received, which made a huge difference to him.
Staff were almost invariably kind and patient and included me and our young adult children in planning his care.
Communication was excellent - we knew exactly what to expect, and discharge planning was handled well with plenty of notice.
The hospital was beautifully clean and well-kept and nothing was too much trouble.
We can't thank them enough.
"A superb hospital"
