What I liked
The nursing staff worked well as a team. Care of individuals was great.
What could be improved
The number of nursing staff when the ward was full was less than was needed leading to crisis management rather than general care
Anything else?
Communication between the doctors, and the nurses needed to be clearer. The nursing staff being first line to the patients were frequently put in the position of having to pass information late, or with no support
