As a frequent visitor accompanying my husband to various clinics, I am asking you to consider some form of outdoor seating en route from the various car parks to Reception. There are many of us who need to rest temporarily for medical reasons and this would be a great help (instead of leaning on a barrier).
Dropping off at Reception requires a patient to be left whilst parking, again not always the best option if the patient requires someone with them.
I realise you will probably say this will be abused by a small minority, but believe me, greatly appreciated by those who are not 100% fit.
Please let me know your consideration.
