What I liked

The friendliness of the nursing staff. I have a needle phobia and needed some blood tests doing. I was seen by a really cool male nurse, who made me feel so relaxed and was really patient with me. He did not hurt in the slightest, hope hes always there when i need blood taken! The next thing i knew i had fainted like i normally do when i give blood. he looked after me so well and shouted for another nurse to bring me water. I felt so silly having all these nurses fussing over me great care though.

What could be improved

Could not find N Ward, poor signing and nowhere to park car. reception lady was abrupt when i was just a few mins late cause i had to park my car and also had my girlfriend and a little baby with me Had to wait along time to see dr, not good when you have a baby with you.
