I had a breast MRI appointment today, nerve racking in itself.

All the medical staff were caring, considerate, friendly, helpful and very reassuring.

They were a well co-ordinated team. They are among the best I have met, and over the years there has been a lot of them. The medical staff are the most important part of any hospital appointment. As I've had several MRIs in the past, I knew what to expect.

However, I have never been to Kidderminster until today and using the postcode my sat-nav took me to the entrance at Block C.

The parking barrier did not let me go in so I parked in a nearby street (FOC). The signage in Block C is useless for first-time visitors.

I was looking for 'Imaging' as shown on my appointment letter or X-Ray or anything similar.

Existing signs take you so far and then nothing. Please improve it.

A simple "Main Entrance and All Departments this way/left/right' etc would be a start.

Volunteer staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but some do not know how your system works, sending me round in circles which was very frustrating.

Luckily I had arrived 30 minutes early and eventually got to my appointment on time and was called in straight away.

Some of your respondents think parking at Kidderminster is expensive; they should try Hereford at £3.50 per hour.

Now that's what I call a rip off!

Lastly, please expand your 'department visited' box or better still leave it blank so the respondent can enter as appropriate. 'Imaging' was not an option so to keep the computer happy I had no choice but to use 'Don't know' as none of the others fitted.
