I had to use the ophthalmology service in Clinic 9 after my eyes became very red one morning. The care I received was excellent from the start. I was given a really helpful treatment and all staff were really friendly and helpful, despite it being a busy service. They even gave me follow up appointments to check my progress, which I have never had before. My eyes are now the best they have been in long time. Sometimes people are quick to kick the NHS when its down, but people will generally not know what they have got until they have lost it. This is a smashing service.
