"Can honestly say the only positive ..."

What I liked

Can honestly say the only positive things were the SHO who attended to me She was freindly chatty and polite she put my mind at ease and seemed to single handedly organise my care and a student nurse who proformed an ECG

What could be improved

I was seen by One Qualified nurse who took my blood pressure then vanished the Dr repeated my BP as the nurse had not put it on the system i would normally dismiss this as the staff being busy however from my trolley i could see this nurse and others at the desk doing nothing.

Anything else?

Xray and Porters were very friendly

I have attended this A&E in the past and it was less than plesant that time i was waiting well over 4 hours Nurses didnt even close the courtains when examining me she then sat down with collegues and proceaded to drink coffee and chat for a futher hour I was then shouted at for asking when the nurse specialist would be available.
