Went to order a repeat prescription on myvision online service and it says that the Pathfields practice is temporarily unavailable. When I rang the next day as I still could not access the online service, I was told that they no longer use it and I would have to register again. Perhaps it would have been a good idea to transfer existing patients that use the old system over to the new one. I will probably not be able to get my prescription in time now. I was told to ring a pharmacy who would "probably" be able to order them. Fabulous customer care - thanks!
